I have answered as a patients relative & would like to especially thank Laura, the night ward clerk. She was keen to help us, answered our questions clearly , & appeared friendly & professional despite how busy the area obviously was. She really put us at ease & gave us the confidence that mum would be well looked after. A big thank you, it made such a difference. ,

it is clear the area is very busy & would benefit from more staff.
