Hatton ward personnel were all friendly, helpful and attentive. My only criticisms would be aimed at the poor communication between the teams involved in (interpreting) blood tests and scan results and myself and the Hatton ward staff. Lack of information as to when a scan is booked, when results from a scan or blood tests are due, and even what these results are. For example, I was asked to stay overnight (first night) so that I could have a CT scan the next morning. The scan was at 5pm(!), so that I needed to stay another night before results could be given.
