I was expecting the worst because of media view of the NHS. However it was the exact opposite, efficient, clean and friendly.

Only criticism is the volume of music played in waiting area and very bright lights. This did not impact on care given but was not very relaxing when already stressed. Reception staff very helpful and frien.
