Helpful staff but took too long- first appointment for my son was cancelled without informing us- 2nd appointment took one an hour to get see.

Suggested improvements
Provide more advice on post treatment care for leg fracture. Not enough wheelchair for discharge from { } notify us of changing appoitment by email/ text tell us what is going to happen next.
