Friendly, professional approach.
The only major issue is the distance from home to the treatment location. In particular, this has resulted in wasted time travelling when treatment has not been carried out.
Is Warwick really the closest site with the correct facilities?

Having been referred from a private rheumatologist, is took several weeks to received notification that an appointment would be made at Warwick.
That letter stated that if I had not received an appointment by 17th October, I should contact the department. This I did on October 19th and eventually (after two more phone calls) received one for 28th November 2019.
Notes from my private consultation, and blood tests were not available at the hospital. This wastes clinical time, and as I needed another X ray, extra cost was also incurred.
Nursing staff very attentive and helpful.
Could keep you more informed with regards symptoms and treatment.
Not to continually close doors causing isolation issues.
Everyone of the staff at the Warwick Hospital has been very good. Came and I am pleased to say well done to everybody.
