Staff here a generally quite friendly and tell you what happening in your appointment, I am usually welcomed with a 'Hi, how are you?' which is always nice.
Suggested improvements
I am not too sure if I want to hear about the nurses trip to the Birmingham hippodrome and their kids which I normally hear the conversing about, I could like to be included in the convo!

Fantastic experience Vicky and Sharon were very attentive and the whole birthing experience was seamless. Much better experience than being on labour ward last time.
