From the reception staff to the doctor and nurses they are all very friendly, helpful and happy to give advice when asked.

Nursing staff all very kind and caring in spite of the felt likely were clearly so busy and often short staffed.
Mum needed a lot of support which was always available single but only at all were so kind.
Suggested improvements
Communication with regard to Nurses numerous disabilities e.g. she is registered blind but it was several days before all of the staff were aware of that and the felt that she didn't see the call button when she needed help.
