All staff put me at ease./nLeanne was great at talking to me during the procedure showing empathy and kindness. I was very nervous but the staff showed great compassion and kindness.

The waiting was a little tricky making up feel anxious but I appreciate this is difficult if it would be at all possible to keep patients up to date on where they are on the list.

All staff very kind, professional caring and compassionate. /nParticular 2 student nurse helped me in particular time of need helped me (they gave me time to had hand/ solid brow only few mins but had huge different even ).

I kept being moved bays each night I do understand it is always busy, changing environment but lost a alone of cause we cannot have visitors because covid. But I am not { } it is just a comment.
