Consultant appointment was cancelled so we were 3/4 hour ‘early’ for pre-op appointment. They ‘fitted’ us in early which was absolutely wonderful.
Both receptionist, Kay and Karen were kind and helpful.

Whole hospital (including wards) needs 'squat' toilets for those who normally would use them.
I realise this is not a { }/easy option!!
