From start to finish complete professional cared for and treated nice.

I came every at 11.30 for 12.30 appointment and unfortunately I didn’t get cared down for procedure until {} just seemed and long time waiting.

I was taken to ICU after a bowel operation Scott and Charlotte gave me great care. Charlotte was really empathic and made me feel at ease.

The staff were very caring and when I was taken off the ward, the consultant came to see me to make sure I was recovering which I thought was above and beyond expected.
