I was greeted warmly by reception staff who arranged for my collection immediately to be taken to my ward. Once again in the ward the staff were totally professional and diligent with regards to my care.
Theatre staff were helpful in informing me of procedures and helped me relax.
Overall from start to finish an experience which reflected well trained staff who were committed to patient care
