I was treated in Ward A8, that is run as a well oiled machine by an excellent team of Health Professionals at every level. It was a joy to watch the staff interact with each other, always prepared to assist each other without a moment's hesitation. The care and attention to detail with patients was outstanding, leaving nothing to chance. As an observer I was disappointed with the negative mental attitude of relatives, who start from the point that the patient is not being treated correctly, then waste Nurses time wanting to challenge the patients treatment. One day I observed that 6/8 hours was unnecessarily wasted with relatives.
