Couldn't fault the doctors, nursing staff and care assistants. Found the reception / administration team to be quite dismissive. My husband ended up lying on the floor in A&E, clearly in a lot of pain. It was only 2 passing care assistants who offered any help, then when a doctor saw what was going on, she ordered a trolley and for him to be taken straight through to be seen. I would like to say a HUGE thank you to Jenna and Richard, they were so supportive and caring throughout the day - we spent almost 10 hours in A&E
