I came to the clinic yesterday, 26 November with the full intention of having sedation for my procedure (following from conversations with other people!) I could not imagine having it done without. However having spoken to members of staff I decided to try the procedure without it. Mr Ash Tandon, Emily and Jenny were all amazing. They put me completely at my ease. At all times I was informed what was going to happen next and what I should do and whilst it isn't a pleasant procedure the team were great and made it bearable. They work together as a team totally professionally, efficiently and at the same time giving compassion and consideration towards their patient. These comments must be passed to them. I cannot thank them enough - Catherine Tate
