Certain staff were caring and showed interest in the patients.
However I was told before I got here that there would talking therapy which there was not. I was not told when I would be able to see the doctor or psychiatrist.
The toilets were almost unusable and were unhygienic
Lastly the food was not good and the sandwiches were stales and there were few nutritional options

This is my first admission as an informal patient the doctors and most of the nurses have been really good to me and have met my needs and my wants as their best I would like to thank all as I am leaving today jox

Most of the staff are friendly & easily to talk to/helpful. Looked forward to and enjoyed the activities as it helped to structure my day.
I was very concerned when I was given incorrect medication on more than 4 occasions & that two trained nurses where completely unaware of phemobartial being a controlled drug!

The staff here were exemplary. Would highly recommend the Wintle ward to those in distress and vulnerable. The staff were incredibly insightful and hard working.
