Hi
Most of the staff are friendly & easily to talk to/helpful. Looked forward to and enjoyed the activities as it helped to structure my day.
I was very concerned when I was given incorrect medication on more than 4 occasions & that two trained nurses where completely unaware of phemobartial being a controlled drug!
The staff here were exemplary. Would highly recommend the Wintle ward to those in distress and vulnerable. The staff were incredibly insightful and hard working.

Nice nursing stay and large ward
I was given a single room where I could not rest well
Unfortunately Allen ward was short of staff and sometimes I had to wait for a member of staff to come and meet my needs too long
Staff find it increasingly difficult to balance leave for inpatients with current Staffing levels. Causing frustration amongst inpatients and staff. More welfare needed on wards with prompt access to the Dss and housing to update information and ease inpatients emotional well being whilst in hospital? Meals good. Access to drinking water poor at times and washing facitiltes available when needed. Not sure about smoking off grounds of hospitals as can take up a lot of time for staff and inpatients constantly.
