I am very lucky I had professionals worry and take care of me during my sickness. Everyone has been quite helpful. The only thing would be that if the person on duty (Early intervention) and you call them, you have to explain your whole situation. Hopefully there could be in your NHS system a summary of the patient duty. Also some people - some doctors may need to train their people skills when dealing with someone with anxiety.

Overall good, not enough activities

I was treated with kindness, care and respect by the core staff team. Evening medication after 9pm was sometimes unpredictable, when agency or new staff were often unsure and extremely slow. The permanent staff members are very efficient and caring. The OTs, Kerry and Emily are very helpful and friendly. It would be nice to see patients artwork on the walls

Nice people good doctor Olivia is very kind, Paul and Guy always time to talk when I felt bad Matron very kind always listens and helps me understand what’s happened and that I will get better Shannon is also very kind Stephen is always willing to take me for a walk Rumi and Andras friendly and treated me with respect Some staff are a bit grumpy the housekeepers didn’t let me have toast with my soup at lunchtime and the ward manager isn’t helpful never available always in the office or making herself tea then walking back to her office More sport football or a better gym would be good

Some staff are good , please give medications on time Staff are more honest and helpful , good numbers of staff in the day Rebecca was very good so was Matron Carol I like her coming to ward round it was nice knowing her only these two are kind I enjoyed the religious group with the hospital chaplain be good to see her more Food was ok

It was good that I was involved in my care plan and was listened to. What could be improved is that the nurses of everyday to talk to you/catch up in the evenings
