I was treated with kindness, care and respect by the core staff team.
Evening medication after 9pm was sometimes unpredictable, when agency or new staff were often unsure and extremely slow. The permanent staff members are very efficient and caring.
The OTs, Kerry and Emily are very helpful and friendly.
It would be nice to see patients artwork on the walls
