The person I saw was extremely rude, very unprofessional and left me feeling incredibly upset to the point of tears! I told him I had lymphoedema in my arm but he said it didn’t matter and carried on regardless! This person definitely needs a course on patient care! Even if this person had a bad day it should have not been taken it out on me!

One or two staff are very brisque - too sharp with some patients.
