Around 12 weeks ago I had a L5/S1 Discectomy and nerve decompression at The Walton Centre. My Whole experience from being admitted to the ward, to coming home was exemplary. The morning of my surgery I was admitted to Jefferson Ward, the day-case unit. The nurses working there where welcoming and helped me prepare for my operation. They also had a great sense of humour and helped me get them ridiculously tight surgical stockings on. After my surgery I was then admitted to Dott ward. Id like to thank all the staff on the ward for looking after me so well and helping me for discharge. The food was decent as well, which always helps! Thank you all.
