I cannot thank Consultant, Mr Jibril Osman Farah, and all his staff for the tremendous care and attention they afforded me both pre and post operation. I underwent a Guided Focused MRI Ultrasound procedure for my Essential Tremor in November this year. I was made fully aware of the process from start to finish, plus the possible post-op side effects. On the appointed day the care and attention from all of the nursing staff involved was second to none. When moved up to the ward afterwards this care continued throughout my stay. District nurses were organised to visit me at home for the next 8 days (different Health authorities were involved here) and everything went according to plan. Follow up appointments have also been arranged. My severe essential Tremor (left dominant hand) is now virtually 100% controlled. Thank you again Mr Farah and team, PLUS the NHS.
