The physio was very good. I even cycled one mile today on the physio bike.
The staff generally are very good.
My therapy sessions have been spot-on. The service here is very good overall. Staff are friendly and very good. I don't think you could improve the care and service I have received.
I was initially disappointed by how little and irregular my physiotherapy sessions were. They improved from the third week.
The majority of staff are very kind and caring. The encouragement from staff is very positive.
The food is good and the physio bikes are good.
Your service would be improved by better understanding of other physical conditions unrelated to the reason for the patient's admission to hospital, e.g. arthritis and osteoporosis.
I am enjoying my therapy sessions. My experience of the hospital is good overall. My eyesight is bad, so I cannot see people's faces and expressions properly. The staff are very caring.
Excellent all-round.
My Dad's experience of your service has been very good overall. When Dad has felt up to it, the physio sessions have been great. They are really encouraging to Dad. It's a shame there's no physio at weekends!
Staff have been really kind and helpful. It is a very peaceful ward.
An explanation of next steps would be good but I guess it's too early to make decisions as Dad's progress has been slow.
I am finding my therapy sessions good. Staff are always available to help me with the toilet, with sorting out my bed and with other necessary things.
