Victoria Hospital

The polite and genial front desk staff at Lewes helps to put you at your ease as well as the fact they always made sure to confirm details on follow up appointments before I left each time which helps. As for the other staff they also were 100% exactly what one would hope for and it’s hard to overestimate what a positive boost that can make to someone at the start or middle of what may be a long or potentially uncertain healing and recovery process.

From the first person I met I was warmly met and kept informed of what was happening. Well signposted and clean environment.

I had been suffering for a few years in pain with my shoulders I visited Neil hattrick, who instantly put me at ease told me what was wrong and what he was going to do to help me, 3 weeks later I had surgery and all my pain went away, I feel like I have had the best possible care, the outcome has been amazing for me with a great recovery which I feel is down to the amazing surgeons work. Keen to have the other shoulder done and get back to my old self. Amazing care by nurses and all invoked at all times but can’t thank Neil hattrick enough.

I have only ever had outpatient appointments at this hospital but it is one of the most pleasant to go to. The staff are kind and helpful.

A great hospital because I believe, it is small and therefore care is important.

I must admit that the atmosphere within the Victoria Hospital can only be described as calming. All of the staff were very kind & professional & for each appointment I had, which was 4, there was no delay at all in the appointment times. Everything was done most efficiently & without any delay whatsoever. I cannot recommend this hospital highly enough. Thank you so much. John Kirk

Every time I have been to the Victoria Hospital the standard of care has been outstanding. It really is exemplary. On one occasion I had an adverse reaction and a 15 minute appointment turned into a 4 hour stay. Every nurse, Doctor, member of staff who looked after me was amazing, thank you!
