I was seen by a Practice Nurse and a Health Assistant. Both combined excellent inter-personal skills with high professional standards. The attractive design and colour of their uniforms is a plus.
Some years ago I had experience of the Australian system when I had to attend an A&E department in Perth. I was very impressed with my experience, and I am happy to report that my recent experience at Victoria Hospital was comparable.
