I found the medical staff to be very professional, attentive and always happy to ensure I was comfortable. Housekeeper was eager to help tempt you to eat, going out of her way to find a suitable meal and ensuring there was always water. All with a friendly word and cheerful manner.
Unfortunately I found the bathrooms to be dirty. On my ward they were not cleaned every day. The handle to flush the toilet was very difficult to use after my operation and I was forced to seek help from the very busy medical staff. Also the toilet paper holder was located behind the toilet which made access difficult after surgery.
