The only thing I wasn't happy with was that once my husband was discharged after 10 days in Blackpool Victoria Hospital, the District Nurse in Leyland where we live did not receive instruction to visit my husband and when I rang ward 38 to ask what to do they dismissed me and said they were too busy, so a friend told me to ring 111 and they told me what to do.....needless to say I was very disappointed and distressed that I had to sort it out myself.
