Look no further, read my feedback For first time I am speechless where to start with my feedback. I went to the Nottingham branch and was seen by Mr Duncan Drury on 19th August 2023. From start to finish, it was perfect. Mr Drury was highly recommended by a friend who is an eye consultant. The best thing about this branch was the fact they put at ease. The receptionist Gemma was so lovely. At the first consultation Mr Drury explained exactly what he will be doing. His bed side manner was so friendly and gave us so much confidence. Mr Drury is highly qualified and seems has done hundreds if not thousands of these procedures. I had both legs done. THE ONLY PAIN WAS THE INJECTION TO NUMB the areas round the vein. The pain was like any injection as you would expect. After that NO PAIN WHATSOEVER. After coming home I have been able to carry on with life. No pain as such to talk about. If I knew this, I would have done it before. Not to forget to mention the nurse Jo who was present during the procedure was so lovely. She spoke to me all during the procedure and took my mind off it. I even gave her couple of kisses at the end. Honestly I can’t speak for any other branch of Veincentre but if you can use the Nottingham branch and see Mr Drury. Then you know what I mean
