From start to finish this was an excellent customer/patient experience. Very easy to research and book the treatment I wanted, with a team who responded quickly to queries and were professional and approachable. On the day everything was explained very clearly as the procedure progressed, and I was in and out in an hour. Aftercare was also good and the information provided was spot on in terms of likely after effects and pain management. Having been to my follow up appointment yesterday and been signed off, I’m very happy with the end result and would thoroughly recommend the clinic and team.
