My personal experience has been excellent the staff explained to me on my initial appointment what could be done and the results to date has exceededmy expectations The staff at Nottingham are extremely friendly and ensure that you are informed in what they are going to do in a relaxed way to the point you do not realise that you are having surgery I find it difficult to make constructive comments how to improve the service,perhaps I should say carry on what you are doing
