Very impressed by the overall operation and service. Easy to get in touch with when an appointment needed changing. This was done by phone in office hours. I was also impressed by all the staff who were friendly whilst being professional in their respective roles. The proposed treatment was clearly explained and the after treatment was also clearly explained. I visited the Nottingham centre which has restricted car parking. I parked in a nearby NCP car park which isn't the cheapest place to park. I parked there as it is flexible re time parked. I was picked up by family after the initial treatment as you should not drive and they also parked in the nearby NCP car park.
