I was impressed by how quick the whole procedure was to treat my varicose vein’s. Quite painless during and after treatment. A little bruising that faded within a few weeks. Very happy with the results. Only wish I had done it years ago!! Friendly staff that put you at ease. I would definitely recommend Newcastle Veincentre to friends or family.

The staff were professional but friendly and put me at ease straight away. The procedure was explained beforehand and I was informed what was happening at every step. Aftercare instructions were explained and any questions answered. I would definitely recommend to others.

Very professional clinic with lovely staff , felt the environment was safe clean and privacy was respected , from the receptionist to the nurse and consultant all were friendly and knowledgeable, too early to tell if my treatment has worked and I also have a further appointment so will reserve judgement on the outcome for now .

From the start to the end of treatment Mark and Hazel [the nurse] have been fantastic. Very professional but with loads of kindness, reassurance and humour. I am amazed at the effectiveness of this wonderful treatment that targets exactly the problem area and sorts it effectively. Mark was very interesting to chat with and discuss the medical procedures. I felt that I could totally trust him with my care and I am delighted with the results. This sort of care should be available on the NHS!!! Thank you too to the kind receptionist.

The receptionist, nurse and Dr were extremely competent, caring and professional. Dr Regi & Hazel put me at ease throughout my procedure and Dr Regi told me exactly what to expect.
