I was treated with great care and respect and the procedures were explained to me fully.
The only complaint have is that a was left with a rather large bruise on the site were the anti coagulant injection was given.

We are sorry to hear that you developed a bruise following the anti-coagulant injection. Bruising is a common side effect following this which can be unpleasant and is caused by the blood leaking from blood vessels impacted by the injection. I do not recommend Dr Ananth Krishnan at all.

I am delighted with my results and completely appreciate the honest candid approach of the staff at my follow up appointment. It was decided that due to the success of the initial treatment the expected follow up treatment was not necessary at this time. My options were fully explained and I was able to make a fully informed decision.

The care that the staff gave was second to non! They were extremely helpful and I could not fault anything. The one regret I have was not getting the procedure done earlier. I would undoubtedly recommend anyone to get it done and choose this service. Thank you!

I have suffered with varicose leg veins since I was 17 and had them treated by the NHS at 19 and 21 however they came back.
I did some research into were there was a clinic I could go and walk out the same day and that was the vein centre in Manchester.
DrKrishnan and Helen vascular nurse explained the procedure and put you at ease with the procedure of EVLA and foam scroltherapy ,which I was very nervous about however it was painless the EVLA . The foam scroltherapy hurt more.
I have also been back for follow up foam injections and microscroltherapy and an additional one session.
My legs over time have improved, they no longer feel heavy and I have stopped getting cramps in them the visual appearance is much better than when I started in January 2021.I have skin staining which will go over time and am very pleased I had the procedure completed

I first contacted the Vein Centre after reading an article written by Julia Bradbury and I haven't looked back since. I have hidden my legs away for over 20 years due to the embarrassment of my 'hideous veins' but thanks to the amazing vein busting superhero duo Ananth and Helen, I am ready to share my legs with the world again, (with a little false tan of course) They really are the most wonderfully warm, kind and funny human beings you could possibly meet. I cannot fault any of my care and treatment or the way in which is delivered. I'll miss seeing you both and thank you for giving me back my confidence, I cannot tell you how grateful I am to you both.

I recently had my treatment at the Manchester Vein Clinic with both Helen & Dr Krishnan which were amazing - I couldn’t have wished for a better experience! They both made me feel at ease all the way through the treatment & explained the procedure from beginning to end. I had the Foam & Sclerotherapy treatment on both legs & I am already really pleased with the results. My varicose veins have now disappeared & I am so excited to be able to wear shorts without being conscious of the unsightly veins I once had. I would recommend anyone to visit this clinic for a pleasant experience & guaranteed results.

Today I went for my surgery at the Manchester clinic with Dr Dodds and his nurse Liz. From the first time I met Dr Dodds in December, I felt very much at ease and today was no different. I was nervous when I attend the appointment this morning, but within minutes they made me feel at ease and before you know it the appointment was over and I was on my way. I can’t thank Dr Dodds and Liz enough for the caring approach they had with me they are a credit to their profession. My experience up to now has been exceptional and can’t wait to go back to see them in 6 weeks to see the results. Thank you so much
