I was treated with great care and respect and the procedures were explained to me fully.
The only complaint have is that a was left with a rather large bruise on the site were the anti coagulant injection was given.

We are sorry to hear that you developed a bruise following the anti-coagulant injection. Bruising is a common side effect following this which can be unpleasant and is caused by the blood leaking from blood vessels impacted by the injection.
