Staff were friendly and looked after me well from reception to treatment.
The treatment was done thoroughly and professionally with full explanation of procedure. Any questions i had were answered.
Treatment was painless.
Would thoroughly recommend this clinic to anyone considering having this done

The central London location was handy for me. After the initial appointment, the treatment options were clearly set out. When I returned to have my veins treated, I was treated with a high degree of professionalism. The after effects, and management were explained fully. My treatment was successful, and on my follow up I needed very little extra work.

I was a complicated case! Having left my veins untreated for many years, I had begun to develop blood clots. So my first huge thanks is for the insistence that I needed to go to A&E "immediately", as I was in danger of developing a DVT. Once this emergency was over, and we got into the treatment, I was treated ith care and attention, with lots of clear information. The treatment has been hugely successful and transformed my everyday life. I have always been very active, but can now enjoy running, swimming, cycling and walking much more. And the legs look great!

A very slick and efficient service. Dr Thoraya Ammar was excellent in every aspect, and achieved great results with my treatment. Very satisfied and would certainly recommend her for anyone looking for a minimally invasive treatment for their varicose veins. The counselling and aftercare advice was clear.

I am completing this feedback on behalf of my mom who was treated by Doctot Nung at the London clinic. As a person suffering from critical illnesses in past we were very reluctant at the beginning. However, all staff including Ms Nung were very patient in answering all our questions which helped us to make the right decision. My mom had devleoped an ulcer because of varicose veins and it was not healing even after continuois weraring of compression bandage and daily wound cleaning by a nurse. On our first appointment Ms Nung did the scanning and suggested foaming sclarotheraphy. She also explained the risk involvrd and gave us time to think. We decided to go ahead with the treatment and followed all the instructions given by her. I am so happy to tell that after 6 weeks the ulcer has healed and at the followup consultation today she again performed the scanning to tell mom she is all a-ok!!!
