I was a complicated case! Having left my veins untreated for many years, I had begun to develop blood clots. So my first huge thanks is for the insistence that I needed to go to A&E "immediately", as I was in danger of developing a DVT. Once this emergency was over, and we got into the treatment, I was treated ith care and attention, with lots of clear information. The treatment has been hugely successful and transformed my everyday life. I have always been very active, but can now enjoy running, swimming, cycling and walking much more. And the legs look great!
