Anne made me feel so welcome the minute I first entered the facility. She was totally up to speed and made every visit very pleasant and smooth.
Emily was a dream of an assistant. She was so friendly and engaging. Her clear instructions and explanations were easy to understand. She showed a passion for her profession and she was extremely knowledgeable about all the procedures.
She was so engaging and knew just how to make someone feel safe and calm.
Dr Guinness was definitely the right choice for me. He was very professional and explained all the procedures in detail at my initial appointment This gave me a very good understanding of what to expect. Communication was excellent. I received my treatment plan very swiftly, and booking appointments was also very straight forward.
Altogether, I had three treatments with Dr. Guinness. I was always made comfortable and felt looked after. I highly respect him for his work and I appreciated his stories and humour.
Definitely two thumbs up.
