I was extremely nervous attending my first appointment. The receptionist Caroline made me feel so welcome and at ease, I attended the clinic three times all together, my first consultation and the day after my treatment with Dr Previn Diwakar.
The treatment nurse Caz was so lovely and made me feel relaxed. the whole procedure was painless and successful and I was really looking forward to seeing them all again at my follow up consultation.
Dr Previn was brilliant explaining the whole process to me and also allowing my husband in with me for the treatment as I was initially nervous. He like all the staff were really professional and friendly.
The whole experience was great and if I only knew would have done it years ago.
