Although I felt very anxious about having my procedure I was instantly reassured the moment I walked into the clinic. The reception staff were warm and welcoming and the clinic had a calm and reassuring atmosphere. During all three of my appointments with the consultant including my procedures I felt listened to and all of my questions were answered. I was well informed throughout the whole process and felt that I was in safe hands. During my procedure every thing was explained and again the room had a safe and calm atmosphere with music playing which really made me feel at ease. After my procedure I was given clear after care information and contact numbers if I needed any advice during my recovery which made me feel confident to manage my recovery at home. The information pack was really useful and full of helpful advice which I referred to during my recovery. I couldn’t be happier with the results of my procedure and would absolutely recommend the vein centre Bristol as my experience has been such a positive one throughout.
