I started showing symptoms of an infection the day before I was due to travel abroad for a work trip. I turned up without an appointment and was seen to fairly quickly

The reason I could not leave a very good response is due to the fact I came in for a check in April and my samples got lost. I’ve been using the garden clinic for over 20 years and it’s always been the case that no news was good news so I’m really frustrated to learn you don’t have a mechanism in place to identify when something like this happens so that you could ask me to come back in for a re test. I have other health issues and it was really important that I ruled out an sti’s to help the team at Guy’s suss out what is going on with my bladder. Furthermore, I’ve had to reschedule an investigative procedure I’ve been waiting an eternity for as I can’t have the catheter whilst I have an infection. Also, the website isn’t the easiest to navigate around when trying to book an appointment

The staff at the Garden Clinic are all absolutely amazing. You cannot fault how excellent the service here is. An absolutely wonderful unit with Upton Hospital.

The lady who saw me was very nice, and undertook my appointment with fantastic professionalism. Educating me on my queries. I would go back again for sure. I don't remember the ladies name. She was there around 12ish on Wednesday. A brilliant ambassador for the NHS

[name removed] my P/T was able to listen, empathise, coordinate my future rehab pathway in consultation with me on my goals to recover completely from my RSI and dupuytren’s contracture and resume normal life Grateful to [name removed] for reviewing me today following my 6 week shoulder rehab programme which was very beneficial in progressing me from my “cannot do” list of tasks to overcoming them and setting me on a path of confidence to expect continued progress till I am pain free and stronger to complete all tasks yet posing difficulty (list reviewed with [name removed] today) Many thanks
