Heart Failure Nurse is very helpful very knowledgeable and keen to help me with my symptoms of my condition. She answered every question I asked and I was really happy with my visit

Both receptionists I saw were friendly and helpful. The physio I saw was [name removed] who was excellent. She put me at my ease straight away, was kind and professional in her approach and really seemed to understand the issues I was having. The consultations were thorough and her instructions were clear. She followed up the appointments with emails containing exercise plans promptly and I was very grateful for all the additional advice she gave on not only my shoulder problems but also issues with my hands too. My only issue was the fact two physios have to work in the same space with just a curtain dividing them so you could hear their consultation and vice versa. This made it a little difficult to concentrate and, although not in my case, could inhibit confidentiality.

As the last comment above but I do realise the cost implications of separating the areas would probably be prohibitive.
