When I arrived the receptionist made me feel very uncomfortable as I was nervous prior to my appointment. I was 3 minutes late due to not being able to find parking. The receptionist told Me I was 5 mins late in a very abrupt manor which made me feel very anxious. The doctor and nurse taking my bloods were amazing and made me feel at ease.
