They gave me exercises whereby I can help myself to increase my knee muscle strength. I feel more confident that I can make my knee stronger, it gave me hope that I now know how to improve my walking for the future. It's good to understand that I can help myself now I have the correct I formation to work with previously I was concerned that I would have to give up My walking & gardening hobbies. But now I can help myself by doing the given exercises to keep my hobbies going for longer in life. I feel relieved that I have the tools now to help myself. Thank you

Perhaps given me printed out exercise sheets as I do not have a printer. Buts it's fine as with all the cut backs I can just write them out for myself from the email that was sent to me. No problem.

Dr easy to understand re what I could expect and time frame for op

Had 2hr wait to see Dr as was on her own, could have been warned b4 hand by text/phone, luckily parking was free
