The Doctor and assistant were both very kind and professional. I was very nervous and they explained everything in detail and considered my needs. Because of their help and support, I felt better to carry on with the procedure. Thank you so much to [name removed] [name removed] for her assistance and kindness, very much appreciated.
It is really important to give enough time to patients in their visits, and explain the procedure in detail as they just did.
