The nurse that saw to me was so unbelievably kind. Even when my foul mouth ranting started during the procedure both the nurse and the assistant I believe the names were [name removed]/[name removed] and [name removed] were so calming and really tried putting me at ease.

Maybe when booking the appointment, letting people know you will need to take a urine sample. This delayed my appointment and potentially others due to not needing to go to the toilet.

After visiting the Bracknell clinic I was really apprehensive, but the service at the slough clinic was amazing!! I can’t remember the names but from walking in the door to leaving I had received nothing but happy and friendly service. The consultant was fabulous and even provided me with additional information that she didn’t have to! I was irritated I had to drive so far but after my visit I feel it was worth it! Thank you
