It would be useful if when you phone and you get put through to the wrong person or department that they can transfer you back to the operator rather than having to hang up and redial in and get into a queue again.
Everything else is pretty good except for the smokers congregating around the main entrance despite all the notices - should do what they do in Australia; if you are caught smoking within so many yards of a hospital entrance (the areas tend to painted red to indicate the area) there is a AUS$50 immediate fine. It certainly dealt with this issue there and a similar one here could work wonders also.
