This was my third stay in Southampton General. Treatment, etc. was first class as usual. A big thank you to everyone. I live in a road with a very similar name to another road nearby. Despite different postcodes, I frequently receive post not intended for me and my post frequently goes to the other road. When I am expecting appointment letters, I find myself wondering whether a letter has got lost. Here's something for your IT department to consider for the future. I would be very happy to receive automatic 'waiting list status' updates from your computer by email and or text message.
