After elbow surgery in November 2017 I developed infection and was readmitted to ward 33. After a week I was discharged with a pico dressing and have visited the orthopedic dressings clinic for the last six month. I have just been discharged with a now settled wound.
The care that I received from all the staff on the ward and the dressing team was excellent and can't thank them all enough. The team pursavied to change the pico dressings and have shown great care and patience monitoring the wound every week.
We eventually got there! Thanks again to the team and especially Martha who whent the extra mile.
