Nurses were attentive, caring and kind. Regularly updated and support given when requested.
Although the outcome I was hoping for (a transfer to Birmingham Children's) did not happen, I was confident in the decision made by the doctors at the hospital.
Outstanding team and care (especially the nurses, never helped us without a smile).
