Excellent care at all levels.
My daughter stayed on Ward 15/ 16 after a few episodes of surgery late last year.
Amy, the domestic, was wonderful and the catering lead was generous, kind and good fun too. Their professionalism and kindness will be remembered as much as the clinical care that was also excellent.
To improve, procedures for noise after 7pm should be agreed. Shoes, phones, doors, lights. It's work for the night teams, but bed time for paediatric patients! Shift changes were so noisy and they shouted goodbyes and hellos up and down the ward!
