Throughout the time that I have been treated at this hospital, I have felt confidence in the professionalism of all the staff I have had contact with. My only concern is that due to restrictions beyond their control, the waiting times for appointments can be quite long. Aside from the waiting, I have always felt valued as a patient and never felt rushed by any member of the team which is comforting as I never leave feeling that there are any unanswered questions.
